2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and costs? We offer these straightforward options for US orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (most popular choice!)
  • Free Shipping (standard delivery): 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum required for free tiers). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Tracking number sent by email once shipped.

5. What is your return policy? 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached and packaging intact. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the return. Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong size/style. Full details are on our Returns page.

6. How do I choose the right size? Every product page has a detailed size chart with measurements (bust, waist, hips, length). We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart. If you're between sizes, most customers size up for a more relaxed fit (especially dresses and tops). Customer reviews also often mention real-life fit feedback.

7. Are the clothes true to size? Do they shrink after washing? Most items run true to standard US sizing. We use high-quality fabrics that are pre-shrunk or have minimal shrinkage (always check the care label). Wash according to instructions (usually cold/gentle cycle, hang dry or low tumble) to keep them looking new.
